Overview
Jio’s marketplaces connects millions of customers with 1000s sellers across B2C and B2B markets through different marketplaces like AJIO, JioMart, Tira, Reliance Jewels etc including local D2C brands with AJIOGRAM.
I led the design of a Unified Vendor Management System that lets sellers list products across Reliance marketplaces in one go and manage them. Cutting the product go-live time from 5 days to 3 days for sellers saving costs.

New sellers onboarding time is 4 - 5 days
Business problem

Solution overview

This reduced product listing time to 3 days and enabled sellers to onboard and manage their business through a single interface instead of multiple logins.

Discovery and journey
Started with research and mapped out entire B2B, B2C flows end to end experience from sellers point of view and internal team. My research became the foundation for the whole project and was used by many internal team. It was a wild ride, but I set on making life easier for our sellers across all of Jio’s marketplaces.
